We believe that in-depth client research is of utmost importance to assess requirements and recommend candidates. Hence, work on an assignment begins only after understanding the job requirements thoroughly.

We have a good support system in our team of consultants who facilitate search of the right candidate through research. This is done together with our key source and personal contacts. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of every parameter and met personally before a client candidate meeting is scheduled.

We see to the cultural fit too as we believe the growth of a company is through the people who work for it.
